Chatham CARE Center is a dedicated Ryan White CARE Center and addresses the needs of those living with HIV, providing comprehensive primary care case management and supportive services.

Chatham CARE is an AIDS Drug Assistance and Health Insurance Continuation Program enrollment site.

Proof of residency and income are required. Individuals with no income can be assisted with support letters for proof of income.
